To launch the UK’s first student and apprentice bank accounts, HSBC needed to connect with Gen Z in a way that felt authentic. Working closely with Sony Music and Lady Leshurr, we developed #ZEROREGRETS, an original song and music video designed for Snapchat. Lady Leshurr took our brief—about living for today while planning for tomorrow—and crafted a track that never needed to mention HSBC or banking.

We brought the video to life with bold, high-energy motion graphics and a striking red, white, and black palette, seamlessly integrating HSBC’s branding without a logo in sight. Apprentices shadowed the crew throughout production, gaining hands-on experience that became the foundation of a BTS film. Post-launch, targeted messaging inspired sign-ups, proving that when brands speak Gen Z’s language, they listen.
